Sores on the heart
The disease of the heart is the worst disease of all, and the worst disease from the dieseases of the hurt is to hurt someone so that their heart breaks. Tasawwuf's highest aim is to make others happy and content while bearing a broken heart within oneself. The lowest aim in tasawwuf is not to hurt people when one cannot bring them happiness.
The traveler gets sores on his feet from traveling in this world, while the traveler in the spiritual realm gets sores on his heart.

Mashallah I went to a dars on how one must live his 24 hours of the day in a state of awareness of Allah…
Mashallah learnt a lot may Allah convert all I heard into action ameen
Anyways I wanted to share two things:
Firstly is a statement the Sheikh made masha’allah “The one who cares not for time cares not for life, the one cares not for life cares not for Akhirah…”
The second is a prescription that we all need to try as soon as possible and as much as we can..
Take the flowers of shyness,
The fruits of contentment,
Toots of submissiveness,
Young shoots of grief,
And leaves from the tree of truth,
The bark of civility,
And seeds of politeness.
Start grinding them in the grinder of devotion.
Add daily the tears of shame.
Put this mixture into the pan of your heart
And bake it in the oven if fondness
When ready, strain it in the strainer of the purity of the heart.
Mix with sugar of sweet words, cook it on the high flame of love.
When mixture Is ready,
Cool it with the air of fear of Allah (t)
Then use it
walikum usalam wa rahamtullah
