::Yearning to be a Devotee of Allah::

With every heart-beat....

Sitting on a prayer mat
Desiring for you to be my friend
With every heart-beat echoing your name

What a shame!
My faithfulness towards you twickers
Each time I glance elsewhere
Your Direction is what I seek
With every heart-beat my heart awaits your Guidance

What a shame!
How can the soul ever feel alone?
When you're there to answer every call
Your Love is what I need
With every heart-beat my heart yearns for your closeness

What a shame!
I sin left and right
Drowning in heedlessness.
Your Mercy is what I want
With every heart-beat my heart begs for forgiveness

To be continued....

wow this so deep. When you look behind the depth of each word "yearning for closeness" shows how serious your repentance is. Rabanna Maghfirlana
"Oh Allah forgive us our sins"
